Headache Relief Training?!?! What is that? Who would even
think of taking a course on how to reduce headaches? How is
that possible? How can a training program be effective when nothing
else has been?
We know teaching an online course to reduce chronic headaches
is not typical, but our results show that the Headache Relief
Training
is highly effective.
There are several reasons why:

2) It takes time to teach (physician practices are usually not
organized to spend an hour a week with each patient, for the
several weeks of training this approach requires).

We have created a step-by-step approach that will educate
you in muscle physiology to demonstrate how headaches relate
to chronic muscle tension. The training consists of individual
sessions delivered once a
week over 8 weeks. This gives you the time you need to practice
what you are learning before moving on to the next session. As
you learn to become
aware of your reactions to stress, the training will provide
you with a powerful techniques to alter habit patterns that trigger
your headaches.

have been reported in the literature. We have posted various
